The anti-agency guarantee
Guarantee terms.
Silly's guarantee is simple, and its limits matter. This page is the full version of the promise made on the home page.
What the guarantee covers
If, after three consecutive months of campaigns produced and published under the engagement, those campaigns have not started conversations with the kind of people you want to work with, Silly will continue producing your monthly campaigns at no charge until they do.
What the guarantee does not cover
The guarantee covers continued effort. It does not promise a specific number of leads, customers, meetings, contracts or sales, and it is not a refund of fees already paid. Anyone in this category who promises a specific commercial outcome from LinkedIn campaigns is either uninformed or lying.
What you need to have done
To rely on the guarantee, all of the following must be true:
- You have paid for and remained engaged for three consecutive calendar months.
- You have approved each month's pack and allowed the campaigns to be published from your LinkedIn account.
- You have provided requested feedback (edits, examples, positioning clarifications) within the agreed timeframe — normally 48 hours from delivery.
- You have not paused, materially altered, or overridden the published campaigns in ways that prevented the agreed direction from being tested.
How "conversations" is defined
A conversation means an inbound message, comment thread, meeting request or introduction from someone in your target market, prompted by a published campaign in the engagement. We agree the target market with you in writing at the start of the engagement so this is not left to interpretation later.
How it works in practice
If, at the end of month three, the guarantee applies, Silly continues producing eight campaigns per month at no charge under the same approval and publishing terms. This continues until a conversation, as defined above, occurs — at which point the engagement returns to the normal £1,000 monthly fee from the following calendar month.
